  • Please arrive 10 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment to ensure sufficient time for paperwork.
  • Remember to bring your care card and any your insurance information.
  • During your appointment, anticipate a comprehensive physical assessment of your injury / symptoms, a diagnosis discussion, and exploration of your treatment plan for the journey to recovery.
  • Your therapist will lead you through the process and address any questions you may have
  • The initial assessment typically takes approximately 40-45 minutes, while subsequent visits may vary in duration, ranging from 20 to 60 minutes.
  • The number of sessions required depends on the severity and complexity of your condition.
  • Your therapist will provide you with an estimated number of sessions during your initial assessment.
  • In most instances, a doctor’s referral is not necessary.
  • Nevertheless, certain insurance policies and healthcare plans may require a referral for coverage. It is advisable to verify this information with your insurance provider.
  • Scheduling an appointment is a straightforward process.
  • You can either call to book, where our friendly staff is ready to assist you, or visit our website and utilize the online booking system. The online platform allows you to select a convenient date and time for your appointment.
  • Opt for loose-fitting, comfortable clothing that facilitates easy access to the areas requiring treatment.
  • For instance, if you’re experiencing knee pain, wearing shorts would be suitable.
  • If you’re uncertain, our friendly staff is available to provide guidance and assistance.
  • Numerous insurance policies offer coverage for a wide range of healthcare services.
  • It is recommended to communicate with your insurance company to gain a clear understanding of your coverage, including any specific requirements such as pre-authorization or referrals that may be needed.

If you’ve been injured in a motor vehicle accident, ICBC will cover your treatment, and a doctor’s referral  is NOT required. Please ensure to provide your active ICBC claim number and BC care card when seeking these services.

For the initial 12 weeks following the accident, you have access to the following healthcare services:

    • Physiotherapy: 25 sessions
    • Chiropractor: 25 sessions
    • Active rehab: 12 sessions
    • Massage Therapy: 12 sessions
    • Acupuncture: 12 sessions
    • Clinical counseling: 12 sessions
  • If you were injured at work, WorkSafe BC (WSBC) will cover the cost of treatment.
  • Kindly bring your WSBC claim number with you during your initial visit.
