Given that we book patients on a one-on-one basis, we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in providing a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations. This practice ensures that we can efficiently manage our schedule and offer timely slots to patients on our waiting list.
You may be subject to $50 for late cancellation (cancelling your appointment within less than 24 hours of your scheduled time). This charge is not covered by insurance and must be paid out of pocket. Any subsequent late cancellations will incur charges equal to the full treatment fee.
