Anand Shetty (Andy)

Anand obtained his Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree from India in 2005 and holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Cardiovascular Rehabilitation, the University of Chester U.K. He has continued his education and knowledge and is currently fully credentialed with McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment, Mulligan’s concept Manual Therapy, Functional dry needling and has participated in Many more education programs. Anand is certified in Vestibular Rehabilitation. Before moving to BC he worked in a variety of settings including Hospitals, Nursing homes, Private Clinics, Corporate Office Ergonomics, and Orthopaedic, Cardiac and Renal Rehabilitation.

Anant Chilimbi

Anant completed his physiotherapy training in 2004, graduating from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences with a Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy. He worked as a physiotherapist seeing a varied caseload and then decided to further his education within physiotherapy. Anant traveled to Sheffield, United Kingdom and attained his Master in Physiotherapy specializing in Musculoskeletal and Cardio-respiratory Physiotherapy in 2006.

Following the completion of his Master’s, Anant gained wide experience as a physiotherapist in India, Toronto and then Kamloops, where he worked mostly with sports, musculoskeletal and motor vehicle related injuries including concussion management. He also has experience with neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, stroke and spinal cord injury both in the hospital and private clinic setting.

Anant continues to upgrade his education by completing various courses to ensure he maintains the most effective care for his patients. In 2015, he completed his certification in acupuncture with the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute. He has also completed his Level 1 and Level 2 Dry needling from Kinetacore. Anant also has completed his Vestibular rehab Introduction and advanced courses.

Shraddha Inamdar (Skye)

Shraddha holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree from India. She has practiced as a Physiotherapist since 2007 and has been practicing in Canada since 2016.

Her goal is to optimize your well-being by helping you understand the cause of your pain and educate you on how to correct it. Shraddha works with a wide range of patients. Her treatment approach to restore joint and muscle function is based on a range of manual therapy techniques, such as the McKenzie method, Mulligan’s mobilization, soft tissue release, and dry needling/intramuscular stimulation (IMS). She combines her approach with exercise therapy to prevent the recurrence of injury. She enjoys treating orthopedic injuries, such as post-surgery rehabilitation, shoulder tendinopathies, spine pathologies, and motor vehicle accidents. She is fluent in Hindi, English, and Marathi.

Victor Gao

Victor graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. He is comfortable treating a diverse range of patient populations having worked within the scope of stress management, musculoskeletal conditions, nervous system conditions, athletic performance, and pregnancy. He strives to create a safe space for patient-therapist communication and a treatment plan to work towards a shared goal.

Victor can use techniques from various branches of manual therapy including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point release, joint mobilizations, neuromuscular techniques, and PNF stretching. Where appropriate, he believes heavily in incorporating aspects of relaxation, movement, and guidance within his treatments.

In addition, Victor has completed a bachelor’s in Kinesiology and has a strong interest in strength training and all things health-related.
